Practice Management is seeking a Patient Service Representative to join our team. The Patient Service Representative is primarily responsible for telephone patient account inquiries and accepting patient payments. Additional duties vary with the needs of the team.
1-2 years medical billing/claim processing, patient customer service or medical/dental office experience is preferred.
Must be detail oriented with good interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to interact professionally, patiently, and courteously.
Good analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
